Orders totaling $500.00 or more. The clock starts when the order is placed during store hours.

Orders totaling under $500.00. Faster turnaround for smaller grabs.

Overnight Carryover: If your order's prep window extends past the store's closing time, the remaining prep time carries over to the next operating day's opening time. For example: a 4-hour prep order placed at 4:30 PM at Store #101 (closes 5 PM) β€” 30 minutes count today, and 3.5 hours carry to 7:00 AM the next morning, making it ready at 10:30 AM.

⚑ Request ASAP Pickup Checkbox

At checkout, you'll see a "Request ASAP Pickup" option. Checking this does not automatically change your system-calculated ready time β€” instead, it fires a high-priority alert directly to your Sales Rep and the Store Lead so they can manually review whether expediting is possible. It's a heads-up, not a guarantee.

Common Carrier Shipping

Standard & Blue Tag β€” no shipments on Fridays

No Friday Shipping: Cal Greenhouses does not ship via common carrier on Fridays. Orders placed or cut off on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Pricing: Shipping costs are quoted individually based on your delivery location and pallet weight. Depending on your account, you may qualify for flat rate shipping or landed cost pricing β€” your Sales Rep can walk you through the options when setting up your account.
Additional carrier fees (lift gate, residential delivery, etc.) are passed through at cost.
Standard Shipping
Regular common carrier service. Ship date is based on the day and time the order is placed.
Blue Tag Shipping
"Blue Tag" refers to the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) agricultural tags required for shipments into Glassy-winged Sharpshooter (GWSS) free counties β€” generally north of Santa Barbara. Orders requiring Blue Tags follow the same ship schedule as Standard, except during the Wednesday 12:01–3:59 PM window, where Blue Tag orders roll to Monday.
